Storage and recipients

Inquiries are stored in the website database. Optional attachments are encrypted in the database and downloadable by administrators. Hosting and configured email providers process information as needed to operate this service. No advertising analytics are included by this package.

The configured retention period is 90 days. Scheduled cleanup depends on WordPress cron execution; server backups may persist for the hosting provider's separate backup period. Retention, provider details, international transfers and any safeguards must be confirmed by the controller before launch.

Your requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting the controller. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Requests and any legal retention duties are assessed by the controller.

Third-party links

Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to a third-party service governed by its privacy terms. It sends the prefilled inquiry text only when you choose to send the message. No WhatsApp widget is loaded automatically.
